Add 300 gm of SHAAZ angamaly mango Fish curry to 1 kg of fish of your choice and start cooking. Add sufficient amount of water to match your gravy style.
Simmer in low flame until your desired gravy style is made . Add salt to taste if necessary. To enhance flavour you may add coconut milk and put off the flame.
